The SSO Server Upgrade was successfully released on October 29, 2023, during our maintenance window between 10 pm and 3 am PT.
If your organization has Single Sign-on (SSO) setup, we recommend your organization test the Single Sign-on for one of your Comevo Modules and ensure everything is working. If you have saved the testing link please check that it matches the link below.
There are two different ways to test the SSO setup.
- Try accessing the module through your SSO link. This can be found in Launch on the MODULE URL page found within the Status Area of your published module. Click on Module URL, then copy the SSO link and try to login.
- Or your IT contact can use the testing link: https://sso.comevo.com/{handle}/launch/{moduleID}/-/nv
The handle and moduleID merge tags will need to be filled in. The handle is the shortened name of your organization; similar to your domain. The moduleID can be found in the Administration area of the Management Console. Contact support@comevo.com for the direct testing link. The testing link will display a page of HTML that will show us how the information is being passed to Comevo. Please have your IT send us the entire output by copying all of the text and pasting it into an email to support@comevo.com.
We would like to emphasize that we have taken all the necessary steps to minimize potential disruptions associated with this release. It's important to recognize that certain Identity Providers (IdPs) can be sensitive, and external factors can come into play, which may affect the process. Please be aware that with the SSO Server Upgrade complete, reverting to a previous version is not an available option. In the unlikely event that your organization encounters any SSO-related challenges, it may be necessary to reset your SSO configuration. Rest assured, our dedicated team is fully committed to working closely with your organization to promptly address any issues and restore the functionality of your SSO.
Please reach out if you have any questions, require further information, or would like the direct testing link by
submitting a ticket through the Client Portal or emailing us directly at
