September 8, 2024 - Engage in the Management Console
Engage Content added to the Management Console.Permissions for General Publisher updated to include the ability to create and delete Engage Content.Permissions for General Editor updated to include the ability to edit Engage Content.Videos in the Upload area now show their respective URL, which can be copied and pasted into an Engage Interactive Video or on pages within Launch, etc.

Engage Content can be added to Launch modules through the database.
June 30, 2024 - Capture E-signature
E-signatures can be collected from users through Capture™ Flexible Forms.Users are given the option to have a copy of the signature sent to them via email.
April 28, 2024 - Launch Certificates in Nudge
Launch completion certificates can be sent to users through Nudge Launch Completion Messages via Text and Email.Certificates are sent as a URL in the bottom of the message and open as a PDF for the user.

Permissions for General Editor updated to include the ability to modify and edit Checklists.Permissions for General Publisher updated to include the ability to create new Checklists; release, close and re-open checklists.
February 25, 2024 - Multiple Checklists
Multiple Checklists are supported within the Advance™ Communication Hub.Users can see all checklists assigned to them in the Advance Dashboard.Items in closed checklists are locked to end-users, except for Comevo Services (Launch module, etc.).
