This portal is designed for you! It's our one-stop access to all your support needs.
If you entered from the Management Console you did not have to log in to gain access. If you log in from an external link, simply use your Management Console log-in and you are in!
There are three main areas:
- Knowledge Base - All of the support articles are now accessed from here.
- Community - This area is for you, the client to find out from others how they have handled different situations. Post a question, an idea, or problem to other customers for different Comevo Services or just in general. Sit back and see what is recommended. This is not the area for submitting support tickets. It's to get feedback from others.
- Submit a Ticket - This is where tickets are submitted to Comevo's Customer Care department. In addition to submitting a ticket, tickets can be tracked to find out the status. As the ticket is created, suggested articles will appear based on the subject line. These articles may have the answer that is needed.

Please keep the questions and comments to a professional level. We will be moderating and deleting a question or comment that may be inappropriate. We don't see that happening but wanted to give you a heads up if your question or comments disappears.
